Potentially Broken Tools

I took an inventory of our tools and check them all to see which ones work, I wouldn’t assume something so radical as to believe that just because something doesn’t turn on when plugged in that it’s broken, so I’d like to ask for the full story on any of these seemingly non-functional tools.
HAMMER DRILL WITH BROKEN CLUTCH

As pictured, an otherwise functional hammer drill with a broken clutch.
If someone plans on fixing the clutch, I’d say it’d probably best be done before we’ve decided on a battery system.

RYOBI BRUSHLESS BATTERY DRILL

Won’t respond when it has a charged One+ battery in it (charged enough to run the recipro just fine)
I’ll fully charge the battery when I’m next in and test it, but if not, eh.

BELT SANDER

I have been told this is non-functional and needs replacing

PALM SANDER

Tested, no response. It just sits dead, not even a whirr.

OZITO 4.4V BATTERY DRILL

The drill itself is unknown, as are the batteries, however the charger has burnt components on the PCB.
As Ozito now only makes 12v home range and 18v x change systems, I could not find a replacement charger.

ROUTERS

Neither turn on, I’m not sure if there’s just an interlock I haven’t triggered.

TABLETOP BELT SANDER

Whiirs, won’t start unless pushed, damaged belt.
While not totally non-functional, still needs maintenance.
