Hi All,
will be running an Introduction to FPGA’s talk as part of the regular Electronic Wednesday session.

Expect this to run 7:00-8:30.

The talk covers:

  • evolution of programmable logic
  • FPGA fabric (lookup tables, logic cells and interconnect)
  • Verilog language overview
  • Demos using Xilinx technology

Hi all,
thanks for the excellent turnout. Great to see this level of interest in the group.

Several of you expressed interest in software defined radio. Perhaps you should organise a night to bring your gear to the space, I’d certainly be interested to see how it all works.
