CAP Expo 4th of may at old bus depot markets

Hi All
we have got a stall at the Community expo on the 4th of may, this is a great chance for us to get the space out there…
So what we need is projects to display and people to come and help and setup the stall and take the stall down again.

The growth and increase of the membership of space is dependent on you and your help in this.

If you have a project or are able to help man the booth that will be greatly appreciated.

The time are
Saturday 4 May 2019 - 11 am to 4 pm**

Bump in (arrival and set up times) - Saturday 4 May 2019 - 7 am to 10.30 am
(Please note: it is expected all stallholders to be set up and ready by 10.30 am for an 11 am start)

Bump Out (pack down time) - Saturday 4 May 2019 - 4 pm to 6 pm.

We will need as many people as we can to make it a successful outing for the Space

I will drop off some folding chairs for use on the day.
They are in a brown cardboard box.
